Shakti Group has been supplying the footwear and technical textile industry since 1995. Six manufacturing plants in Kanpur. Laminates, non-wovens, insocks, interlinings, EVA, and knitted uppers — developed and produced for buyers who know what they need.

Every line is produced in-house at our Kanpur facilities and open to custom specification — construction, density, GSM, and bonding method vary with the application.
Flame, adhesive, and powder-coat bonded composites across a wide range of face fabrics, foams, and backing constructions. The properties of the finished composite are determined by the combination of face fabric, backing, and bonding process chosen.
Moisture-reactive polyurethane adhesive laminates for applications where bond permanence and wash resistance are non-negotiable. The bond cannot be reversed by heat, solvent, or mechanical stress.
Powder-bonded fusible interlinings on woven and non-woven bases, engineered to activate at press temperatures standard in footwear and garment assembly.
EVA in flat form — split and jointed from pre-made block to defined thickness and density, ready for die-cutting and downstream fabrication.
Compression-moulded PU foam and EVA insocks for safety, occupational, and performance footwear, with fabric or non-woven top-cover options bonded within the same moulding step.
Polyester knit uppers manufactured to customer design and specification, with hotmelt bonding for assembly compatibility. No standard catalogue — every construction is developed to brief.
rPET needle-punched non-wovens, made in-house.
Advanced non-woven solutions, produced on our own needling line in Kanpur — barbed needles entangling loose rPET fibre into a cohesive structure with no adhesives, no binders, no chemical treatment. Customised to your specification.

We don't just process fabrics, we manufacture them. The Simtex line gives us control over the non-woven substrates we supply, from fibre input to finished roll.
